Employee Self Service

Alamogordo Employee Self Service (ESS) is a tool that current and former employees can use to get access to payroll and HR information.

ESS can be used for the following:

  • Copies of pay stubs and W2 tax forms
  • Payroll simulator - do "what if" scenarios based on deduction changes
  • And more!

Logging In

Your User ID will be your Employee ID

Your INITIAL Password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number.

The system will prompt for a password change and you will then set it to a unique password with an upper case letter, one number and one special character.

Log In using the button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you have any trouble logging in, please contact Human Resources.
